Client/peer widget for Royal Rumble.

Pair of widgets to enable players to automatically switch spectator targets following another player's broadcast.

This fixes the serious bug in release2, which is bundled with Demoflex. If you have Demoflex installed, make sure you've updated the widget or you'll be unable to change ui_viewport_height.

Project on hold because it was a way bigger task than I'd anticipated. I intend to finish it when I have the time, but that may not be for a while.
If you particularly want to see this, I'd be happy to finish it if I'm being paid for my time, but I can't afford to do something of this scale for free at the moment.
