Qualx's Reflex HUD Widgets
My circular meters may not display correctly if you have your ui_viewport_height wrong! Make sure ui_viewport_height matches the vertical resolution of your window.
Many of my widgets require the presence of base/internal/ui/widgets/kiai/kiai_core.lua for various functions. Make sure you put that file in the right place!
Some of my widgets use the font Montserrat by Julieta Ulanovsky. If you have thcHUD installed then you'll already have the two font files in the right format, but just in case, I've provided TTF files here as direct downloads.
This isn't even slightly finished but I've not had much time lately and I've fixed the crash bug so I'll put a link here to make MAD_JIHAD shut up. Cool, my site is now on a government watchlist.
Generic alerts widget. You've probably seen it and thought it was part of DP2HUD. It has frag messages and CTF notifications, and can be pushed to by other widgets.
Circular health meter with Megahealth indicator.
Circular armour meter.
Circular ammo meter. It looks like shit.
Unbind weapon keys for weapons you don't have! Don't you hate it when you're in the middle of a fight when suddenly BURST GUN?
If you run out of ammo, it will switch weapon according to a priority order set in the Lua file.
Also functions as a partial weaponrack replacement (may become more complete soon).
It now has the option to hardcode map editor binds for your weapon keys too!
CAUTION: This will overwrite your weapon binds. Hardcode your weapon binds into it. It's quite easy to figure out.
Fancy frag messages, only compatible with 1v1 for now. They even work while spectating! Btw, I lied, they're not very fancy.
Kered13 has made a widget based on this which actually works properly and uses the new chatlog system so it works in all modes. I've not tested it myself but you might want to check it out!
A small upgrade on the default pickup timers, with more pretty colours, reordering based on spawn time, and consistent numbering if there are multiple pickups of the same type on a map.
Gimmick modification to default clock in order to behave like the clock in CPMA, with :XX instead of seconds until less than 30 seconds remain.
Can be toggled between this behaviour and normal behaviour with ui_cpmclock_show_seconds 0 or 1. It'll always show seconds when spectating.
Fills in the gap between when you fire a rocket and when it appears onscreen with a glowing blob that your brain will think is a rocket. Basically the best widget ever made.
You need to add a cvar to your attack bind for this widget to work: bind game footpedal3 +attack;ui_rocketlagnullifier_attack 1
Helps with positioning WorkshopScreenshot entities, and the endgame camera Target entity (basically just a target called "end"). The widget doesn't need to be enabled, just drop it into wherever you keep your widgets and select a WorkshopScreenshot entity and the widget will be self-explanatory.
